The capacity is currently approximately 40% of the total rooms/suites (max. 25 out of 66 on site) to guarantee present social distancing regulations at the Beach Club (services included in our room rates)

Food & Beverage services are tailored to the current situation.

To minimize risks, we have adapted our processes for ordering, preparing, delivering and consuming for food & beverage services.
Supplier certification: we follow the strictest safety protocols in delivery processes.
Food safety: we are reducing product handling and human contact during both preparation and delivery.

Our restaurants and room service follow strict safety protocols.

How would you suggest travellers to reach your hotel?

We work with local professional suppliers that respect full protocols.

What will the hotel and room cleaning process be like?

Room sanitizing – we use dedicated technology and highly effective cleaning products on all surfaces, objects and decorative items, and clinically proven protocols for laundering textiles.

Will the pool be open and how will you guarantee safety and social distancing?

The poll will be open.
Less than 50% of sunbeds will be available (compared to pre-Covid)

What other steps have been taken to ensure a healthy, safe and most of all an enjoyable Italian summer holiday?

Among our main objectives are the respect for our guests and staff of the safety protocols and social distancing, dictated by the Campania Region and the Central Government. Furthermore, always to protect more our customers, we will respect the standards of hygiene and social distancing necessary for the certification of GBAC STAR ™ (LHW's Safe Stay Assurance).
