How will the capacity of the hotel be affected?

The capacity of our rooms was not affected by the virus. We will offer our customers a personalized and luxury service, even better than we have always done. Obviously, the number of reservations has dropped dramatically, but we are sure that with the opening of the borders everything will return to normal.

How is the F&B being affected and what steps have been taken to ensure the health and safety of the guests at your restaurant/s and bar/s?

The restaurant also is open since June 24th 2020. We took all the measures useful to ensure the health and safety of our guests, as we did also before. Our Li Galli restaurant had and also this year has only 22 seats, in order to guarantee an accurate, personalized and professional service.

Our breakfast won’t be a buffet, but it will be served to each guest in our L’Incanto lounge. It is a new way to experience the breakfast.

How would you suggest travellers to reach your hotel?

We work with a limousine service company, which always guarantees the utmost professionalism and seriousness.

What will the hotel and room cleaning process be like?

Our hotel received certificates for the cleanliness and respect for the environment. We will continue following these guidelines.

Will the pool be open and how will you guarantee safety and social distancing?

The pool will be open as usual. Our pool is reserved only for hotel guests, as usual. This is important in order to guarantee relax, personalised service.

What other steps have been taken to ensure a healthy, safe and most of all an enjoyable Italian summer holiday?

No decisions have been made that have distorted the way we operate every year. sanitizing environments, for example, has always been our must and we will continue to guarantee a luxury service to our customers.
