Masseria Moroseta is a modern country house, elegant but at the same time very familiar; a place created for those seeking a peaceful atmosphere among nature, good food and beauty. This Masseria has all the traditional forms and spaces of the most typical Apulian farms: the blinding white, the sheltered courtyards, the arches, the cement, the stone. All this is combined with respect and love for the environment, thanks to the energy of the sun and modern green building techniques used.
DESIGN/ARCHITECTURE
Crossing the country roads, surrounded by spectacular olive trees, you will reach Masseria Moroseta, the white stone farmhouse that proudly stands on the ridge, overlooking the sea and the White City of Ostuni. Built with local materials and traditional techniques, the modern architecture is influenced by ancient farms. Immersed in five hectares of centuries-old olive groves organically managed, the Masseria is an enclave of relaxation and rural simplicity. The rooms, while maintaining a simple and minimalist style, enclose all the history of the farm and the research that the owners have put into the details.
CUISINE
Masseria Moroseta is authentic hospitality; here the kitchen plays a central role: the olive trees of the farm, the vegetable gardens, the orchard and the small chicken coop offer their products every day, different depending on the season. These are accompanied by a selection of the best raw materials, privileging fresh local, organic and seasonal products.
The cuisine of Masseria Moroseta is based on the knowledge of Apulian traditions, to enrich itself with perfumes, techniques and suggestions coming from the travels around the world of resident chef Giorgia Eugenia Goggi. Here there is no menu, as guests will let themselves be guided in a unique gastronomic journey.
EXPERIENCES
Masseria Moroseta offers a rich portfolio of experiences to enjoy such as cooking classes and food workshops to discover and fully experience Puglia and its territory. Also very interesting are the yoga retreats organized in Masseria to rediscover yourself for a meaningful experience.
